The Loyola Dons Baseball program fields Varsity, JV and Middle School teams that compete in the nationally recognized MIAA 'A' Conference. Many former Dons baseball players have progressed to play at the intercollegiate, minor league and major league levels.

In recent years the program’s success has been steadily rising, with both the Varsity and JV teams making the MIAA playoffs in four of the past five years. In 2008, the Loyola JV team enjoyed its first MIAA championship since 1999, and has provided great optimism for the future of the program.

The Loyola Baseball Program offers students the opportunity to participate, and become a member of the deep tradition of excellence that defines Loyola Athletics. The overriding philosophy of the program is to help develop the overall student-athlete. Our teams stress sound fundamentals, strong work ethic, and a team-first attitude. We want our players’ Loyola experience to be deeply enhanced by their commitment and achievement both on and off the field.
