Why play sports at Loyola Blakefield?

We've got 17 Varsity Teams—all in the MIAA "A" Conference. And not to mention JV, Freshman and Middle School teams as well. You'll have plenty of opportunities to leave it all out on the field.
We win championships—a lot of championships. In 2014-15, we led the MIAA with championships in six varsity sports including Soccer, Cross Country, Rugby, Swimming, Water Polo and Indoor Track/Field.
We breed student-athletes. Our student-athletes receive scholarships to play at some of the most competitive colleges and universities in the nation including LSU, Louisville, the U.S. Military Academy and the University of Virginia.
