Stay involved...keep connecting.

Once a Don, always a Don. That might not sound very transformational, but it is. It means you’ll continue to hone the qualities, develop the habits and grab the opportunities for personal and spiritual growth you began to explore as a Loyola Blakefield student. You’ll continue to nurture the friendships you started with your fellow Dons and reinforce for each other what it means to be young men for others for the rest of your life.

Keeping Dons Bonded

One of Maryland’s last free alumni associations is also one of the most active. The Association promotes our spiritual and moral interests, nurtures our influence and advances our traditions by cultivating rock-solid friendships and providing financial support. We hold networking events throughout the year as well as a number of fundraising events. Notable fundraisers include the Homecoming Bull Roast, Loyola Golf Open and A Taste of Blakefield—our wine-tasting event.

What does it mean to be a Loyola blakefield alumnus?

We really keep in touch. Our online community makes it easy to update your profile and reconnect with fellow Dons who share a common interest or cause. Learn all about the amazing ways your fellow Dons are keeping the Loyola Blakefield spirit going—from creating new alumni functions to coaching and teaching.
We never stop working as a team. You'll find Dons from across generations coming together for a service project or making vauable business connections via our networking events. The same spirit of comraderie that defines their time at Blakeifeld extends well beyond graduation.
Our events go beyond nostalgia. Sure, we do our share of commemorating past accomplishments. Just as importantly, our events are where we celebrate what our new Dons are doing to transform themselves and the world every day.
